Products & materials

FINORO pieces are selected for their look, finish and everyday wear. Our jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel and may include imported or carefully crafted components. Gold-tone pieces are not solid 24K gold. Please refer to each product page for the specific details, finish and care guidance.

Orders & payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Bank transfer and other payment methods are available where shown at checkout. Please follow the payment instructions displayed during checkout or contact our team if you need help.

Orders are processed after the order details and, where applicable, payment are confirmed. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details so our team and courier can reach you.

Delivery

Our usual delivery estimate is 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, courier operations, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Any applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Returns & refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact FINORO before sending anything back. Returns may be requested for items that are unused and remain in their original condition. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible and share the return instructions.

Once an approved return is received and checked, our team will confirm the available refund or resolution and the expected processing steps. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos so we can review and help.
